At Jet Waste Solutions, every container is uniquely identified and undergoes cleaning during each service cycle. With our Monthly Service subscriptions, if there are additional bins or dumpsters of the same type at your service address beyond what is covered by your current subscription, we will clean those extra bins or dumpsters.

Certainly, you have the option to request a one-time cleaning. However, households typically benefit most from regular quarterly or annual service subscriptions. Initial and one-time cleanings require significantly more time compared to subsequent “maintenance” cleanings, and our pricing reflects this difference. Moreover, without regular maintenance, it won’t be long before the bins accumulate dirt again.

No, due to cold temperatures, our service season is from April – October. Our service plans are priced based on a seven month service year. If you sign up for service beginning in April, your service plan will last through the end of the service year. If you sign up after April, your service will be paused during off-season and will resume in April.

Removing substances like paint, tar, and other adhesives can pose significant challenges, and there’s a possibility that they may not come off entirely. However, we are dedicated to doing our utmost to address these problematic areas during our cleaning process. Cans that haven’t been washed for several years might require multiple cleanings before these stubborn areas can be effectively broken up and removed. It’s important to note that while newer cans are likely to appear brand new after cleaning, older cans may retain a “worn look” despite being thoroughly cleaned and deodorized. We ask for your understanding in this regard. While we strive for exceptional results, it’s not feasible to restore a can that’s decades old to a brand-new condition. Nevertheless, rest assured that it will be thoroughly cleaned and deodorized. Please note that bins containing unbagged pet waste cannot be cleaned due to the risk of contamination to our equipment and the health hazard posed to our employees. We take immense pride in providing this innovative and invaluable service to our customers.

Except for Fridays, our routes are planned to service your bins the day after your trash collection day. This scheduling ensures that your trash hauler can perform their duties without disrupting your cleaning schedule. Bins emptied on Fridays will be cleaned on the same day, unless unforeseen delays occur with your trash hauler.

If additional trash, recycling, or yard debris is found in your bin(s) after it has been collected by the garbage hauler, regrettably, we will be unable to provide our cleaning service for that cycle, and your account cannot be credited for the missed service. However, if you still wish to utilize your service for the month, kindly inform Jet Waste Solutions and arrange to cover the service return fee (mileage). Subsequently, your service cleaning will be rescheduled for the next available day when your bins will be completely empty.

In the event that your bin(s) are not collected by the garbage hauler until late in the day, our service technician will either attempt to return or contact dispatch to explore the possibility of rescheduling your service for the following day. In such cases, please ensure to return your bins to the curbside the following morning.
